Field Experiences

April 17 - 21 is an ideal time to be on the northern Gulf Coast if you are fascinated by birds and nature in general! Click on the numbered locations to visit just a few of the wonderful places to spend time in the field just minutes of Mobile. We are planning pre- and post-conference guided field trips to the Pascagoula River, Dauphin Island, and the Grand Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve. See Guided Field Trips under Registration.
